Parka Capital Management ("PCM") manages real estate and related investments across the US on behalf of its investors. With over 50 years of combined experience, the principals of PCM have a proven track record of successfully acquiring, managing, and investing in a diverse range of real estate sectors including multifamily, manufactured housing communities, and other commercial real estate.
